System Overview

Each module is integrated with all other BAI modules. No data exports or conversions are necessary and transactions are viewable immediately after updates occur.

Security

Each BAI module contains a Security Menu where a designated security officer can set up profiles for each individual using the system. These user-specific profiles restrict access to areas needed to perform job functions.

User profiles are easily added, edited, and deleted by the security officer. These profiles are flexible to the point where a user cannot only be limited to accessing a particular module or menu, but can be limited to a single option within a particular menu.

Building Inspection Module – BAI offers a package used to maintain and track data associated with permits, contractor licenses, federal, area, zoning and land usage codes, construction types, inspections and numerous others.

Appraisal Module – A package for performing mass appraisals is available to assist and simplify tasks for assessors. This module provides all the tools for residential, commercial and special property valuation as well as the ability to produce taxpayer notices and bills and perform inquiries into past assessments.
